1. Can you backup a game with wiikey and only a SD Card(so no Wiikey SD Adapter)

2. Can you play copu/backup w/o a modchip?

3. Can you save gamecube games saves on the SD card?

1) I think so but cant seem to find a guide. Have you tried the wifi method?

3) There are homebrew apps that let you copy GC games from the GC memory card to the SD card and back. But when you play the GC games you'll need the GC memory card. You cant play/save directly to the SD slot unless you're using the GC slot to SD card adapter you mentioned earlier.

i don't have a wii yet and don't know what the wi-fi method is.

I want to ask your advise:
Should i mod my wii with wiikey2 or should I install the wiigator thing

to back-up to SD you need an sd to GC memory card adapter. They're about 8-10 bucks online. ---Chikn

The more consistent and clear you are with your questions the more likely you will get a proper answer. No you cannot load a Wii game from the SD card. You Will need an adapter and a PC to back-up a game to an SD card. You don't need a gamecube memory card, just your SD card and an SD to GC slot adapter, A.K.A wiikey adapter.
