ok lads here is my situation i am following the tutorial for flashing the 79fl drive i am using a via 6421 sata card and a connectivity 3 kit i get the drive into mode b and windows recognises it as drive j and i open the firmware toolbox up with the original game inserted in the drive and i press raw firmware dump it then says can not read from drive ? i am 80 % there i have the drive in mode b and yet it wont go any further anyone know what to do ?

You must run 79unlock cd before you dump. Google it and you'll find a cd image of it. Burn to a CD.

i ve done that man i am at the bit where you put the original game into the drive and start the firmware toolbox and press raw dump but when i do it it tries for about 2 mins and then it comes up on the screeen "cant read from drive" and the drive is in mode b because its in my computer as drive j
