I have got the service tool and have created the magic stick as detailed on this forum. When I put the service battery in the power light comes one but the screen is still blank. When I insert the memory card/magic stick absolutely nothin happens, no flashing lights or anything.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

1. Unplug the AC adapter

2. Insert your Magic Memory Stick

3. HOLD the left shoulder button

4. insert your Pandora battery
