loop, Click on eamos library under my sig & open The B0x folder. You`ll need the 4[1].03 loader.
The firmware you need is the 4.55 for uk, or the 4.57 for Ireland.
All the info for flashing the SV2 & what cables you need is in the second link under my sig.

Sorry loop, you`ll need to download winrar to extract the files from the folders.
EDIT - Are you using vista or xp?

Open winrar & select the folder on your desktop. Click on the folder you want eg, 4.55 & extract it to your desktop.
Open the GTRom & select bin file. Highlight the firmware you want & select open. It should now show up in the GTRom loader.
Make sure the b0x is disconnected from the TV & on standby & null modem is connected to pc & click download.

Too quick for me there loop lol.
If you know someone with xp on their pc, you`d be better off using that. Theres a lot of problems flashing boxes with vista, so xp should work for you.

If a file is corrupt, then you just delete it from your desktop & download it again. Yep you`re better off using your mates ;)
Let us know how you get on.
