How do I dump games to SDcard from wii with wiikey 2??

I got a new wii for christmas and imediatly bought a wiikey2 and clip (havn't put it in yet)! I don't have wifi cause i have dial up so what I wan't to know is how do i dump games on to sd card from the wii! That's all that I wan't to know! What is everything that i need to do this and how? Do i need a controoler, can i use an 8g sd card, do i need an adapter for the sd card or can it go right into the wii! All of the tutorials I have red are for softmodded wii's and for wifi so I'm confused!!
