You need an emulator to play a rom and likewise you need a modded psp to run an emulator. Use this for n64

and this for snes:

put these on ur psp under game menu, put the roms in a folder called roms.


oh, I know this is not my job, it's the mod's job but this is definitely a repeated thread by you, just thought I'd let you know before you get busted...
