I keep getting this message on my wii when i run the twilight hack Sorry You Dont Have The Required Version of IOS (IOS 21) Installed Please Update Your Wii System Software and Try Again. I have Version 2.2U installed on the wii and i have tried a ton of diffrent twilight firmwares the only one my sd card finds is Beta 8

play any recent game (like Wii music).

Or connect to the internet and try to use the Wii Shop channel and it'll force an update to 3.4U.

Then you can install the twilight hack, homebrew channel, and use Waninkoko's Downgrader to downgrade your firmware.
