banana method does work fairly well, but it turns into a split too often for me, so I had to change to the polytangerine process. For me personally, that was the best way to squeeze the juice out of my system
I do agree the Kronic would be the best method, but if you do the Kronic, you'll quickly find yourself needing the Bananna, Tangerine, and a couple other munchables.
