i read that the 360 hacking team had a tool that would allow them to see what info was sent to xbl.

have they tried this with the new nxe update and different types of installs? ex. if you install the original game on the hdd and use a backup in the tray... is the info that gets sent to xbl from the content on the hdd or the disc? or both?

yes it has been tested and nothing has changed, but a few details that you shouldnt worry about if you are running the latest 1.5 fw.
