Wiikey 2 disk problem

Sorry if this is really easy for everyone else, but I have a Wiikey 2 (pre-soldered) that should work just fine, but the thing is that when I put the chip in, disks wont go into the disk reader. It just gets stuck and doesn't enter automatically normally and I doubt pushing the CD in would be a good thing to do.. If I take OUT the wiikey 2, the disks will go into fine and play normally. Thank you if you can help me solve this problem.

check the solder on the wiikey and make sure they are all connected and are not touching each other

hi,
i had the same problem when i installed a chip i bought.....
it turned out that i hadn't put the chip in properly and had more than likely bent one of the pins that the wiiclip contacts.....
all was not lost though....
to solve the problem i had to have a soldered chip placed into the wii (wiikey v2)
