Dont give up so easy, Please explain in more detail, when you press red it should show another audio stream will it not let you pull down or does it give a error message when trying to change it?

Hi I wonder if I am reading this differently so understanding the issue, on ITV if you press red you have 1 audio, on S*y Movies you have 2 audios ? this is right you cannot delete audio channels, on the channels that have a choice, 1 or 2 audios, if you get voice over just select the other audio channel, most channels remember the audio setting so shouldn't be a continued problem

Can you describe exactly what you are doing, when trying to select the other Audio stream?
