my ps3 console is NTSC-US which plays region 1 games with no problems,,,my question is will it play a region 3 game, because i will get "Far Cry 2" but its region 3, so will it be playable on my console or not ???

PS3 games aren't region locked, however the online mode for some games can be region locked. ie if you buy a game from Europe and play it in America it will connect you to the Europe network causing a lot of lag. Not all games have online region locked but a good portion do.
2.) "HELP NEEDED GUYS PLEASE!!!" is an eyesore. That needs a changing.
3.) NTSC doesn't have any region codes. If it's NTSC, it'll play on any NTSC TV. Region-coding is what you're thinking about, and that's nonexistent on the PS3... well, more or less.
I think it's time a few rules are looked over again by EVERYONE.
