Hi all,

Could someone please give a link to a guide on how to make a homemade max323 cause I don't have the money to buy a ck3.

Please don't tell me to get stuffed and go search cause I have been searching everywhere.

Just finished building it, worked like a charm.
Extracted my lite-on key and flashed it with 1.5

Thanks for all the help.

Now does anyone know how to power the dvd drive by the pc power supply, if so please share. thanks :)

well man that is cool ... personally i don't have enough EE experience to make that kinda circuit ... i would definitely screw something up in the process...

i'm surprised it is so easy to get the information off the drive... with just those couple parts...

find a 5v (i think thats what the dvd drive uses) pin on the pc power supply and splice into the cable on the dvd drive and run a splice to the power and find a ground and it should power it to open/close it.
