Is it really safe to use an account that was being used often on an old 360 that was banned on a new unbanned 360?

Do you think it would raise any suspicion or red flags on the new 360 to use an old account like that? I realize that nothing has been done to the account however do you think they let you keep the account to see what other 360s you may go on in the future?

What have you guys done in this situation? I plan on being extra safe with this one. The only reason im thinking about keeping the old one is for all the arcade games I had on it. Please gimme any thoughts and suggestions you guys may have.

By the way this is my first post I have been going on afterdawn for a long time and I feel its about time I started being more active in it as well =D!!!

dude, this has been answered many times before. As far as everyone knows on the scene, yes it is safe to get that account on a new 360.
