so ive gotten my 360 apart and am planning on flashing my benq drive now i used iprep v8.08 i believe and got the stealth ixtreme 1.5 benq fw now my problem is it shows in iprep a place to select what sata or ide or whatever this stuff is ( i know its some sort of port but have truly no idea which is which). It says that part is only for liteon so do i even have to select one of these? I decided to just try flashing anyways. My dos flash version is all black and white so far as to where ive gotten. It tells me to input the serial no so i do all that in cmd dben ********* ****** or however many. then it says all that magic stuff and to rename my folder benqfirmwar.bin or something to that effect. I have not seen that step anywhere. then I put y i believe and it pops up some thing about how the port did not respond. So i guess it boils down to how do i know which of my 4 sata ports to plug into. Someone please help me id like to get this done as soon as possible.

Dude just use DOSFlash32 I have had nothing but success with it with all drives except the Hitachi just because the 1.5 FW is not out yet. Send me a PM (don't post in the forum)with your email address and I will forward what you need to flash the BenQ drive with DOSFlash32.
