Are there still any channels on it? If there are go to s*y2, and wait to see if the channels start to update. If not, press menu, 1570 and that will take you into the secret menu. Check emu is turned to on. Exit back to s*y 2 and see if channel updating comes up, you should see a percentage going up on the screen. Leave it for a few minutes and the channels should kick in.

As Evastar has said, do you have the channels? in other words, have you installed the box after you have flashed it like so >>
Connect your box up to the TV, with good quality Scart lead.
Make sure that you have the LIVE cable feed going into the Cable Input Socket.
Turn on the box, Press Menu and go to Installation OK.
Select correct provider i.e. NTL, C/W or TW (Top Right) <> Then Automatic Scan OK.
Once the channels are found, exit back to the Main Menu screen.
Press menu then 1570, via keypad.
Cas System Menu will appear.
Go down to the bottom option and turn EMU to ON.
Now exit 3 times and go to S*y Sports and let it update.
