Are you allowed to sell a Psp Fat with Custom Firmware 5.00M33-4 on sites like ebay, play, amazon and other auction sites?

i have seen psp's been sold on ebay with custom firmware on the discription

Just install the newest official firmware and delete flash1 memory (your settings are kept there; go to recovery -> advancet -> format flash1). Then add in the description that the PSP you sell has the old motherboard and is flashable. That way you are safe and potentional buyer knows he can flash it himself.
