I've seen some backups on abgx360 with simultaneous regions NTSC-J and NTSC-U:

#Region Code: 0x0000FDFF
# NTSC/J (Excludes China)
# NTSC/U

How can I make an NTSC/J backup into an NTSC/J & NTSC/U backup like above? a neat handy little simple patch utility I'm hoping?
