I need the requirements to downgrade my firmware v3.4 to v3.2 and the wad manager that works with firmware v3.2.

FYI: Lookup the many topics in this forum related to HBC, WiiGator, WadInstaller, etc. You WILL find the answer.

On a personal note, I read your other multiple posts and I'm not sure many people are going to hold your hand outside of the help already given. Everything you need can be found in the Ultimate Sticky.

You don't need to downgrade to 3.2 firmware. All you have to do is go HERE and follow the first 3 steps to fix the limitation that 3.4 places on the Wii system (blocking of WAD/cIOS files).
