How long is a piece of string? Everyone has their own opinions and preferences, what you have to decide is what do you want out of a cable box. Presuming you do have a live cable feed, would you want the ability to record programmes onto an HDD, or would you just like the ability to watch TV, would you like to have a good EPG to plan your viewing. These are the questions you need to ask yourself and then make your mind up.
