Ok Since I replace my hdd i did a backup but could not successfully do a restore so I saved all my game saves on an external hdd and my themes and transferred them over to the new hdd. So I have now all my saves and themes but no trophies all I see is a ? as the trophy icon.

I check my gamer tag from my new hdd and I see all my trophies there. I tried to sync and nothing still no trophies. So yesterday I played fallout 3 (which i already have trophies for) and I finally beat the quest called (Completed "Following in His Footsteps") and I received no trophy for that. I am wondering what enables you to go get trophies the updated game data or the ps3 firmware.

Reason why I am asking is because I did not update my gamedata (fallout3) to the new 1.10 because I am using a save game from someone he gave me max lvl 20. If I would update to that then I cannot save my game due to that patch. My ps3 is firmware 2.53.

So any ideas?
