DDigital Box Firmware Update Problem

I am trying to update DDigital Plus Box firmware.

But a message appears with "STB Manager" title saying "The downloading is not requeted.".

I've downloaded firmware from under signature of DesB.

Files are:

DDigitalPlus_20081129_api (BIN File)
Mv CAS (MultiView MFC 응용 프로그램)
SETUP FOR DDIGITAL PLUS (Text Document)

I opened "Mv CAS" and used Loader > Code > Code Send path in the Sat section, then selected "DDigitalPlus_20081129_api" file, and used Com 3 for connection, I didn't know which model type is to use I left it as default and pressed start button.

I used both Null Modem & RS 232 cables.

Please, help me.

The files you are using are correct. Switch off the box and load the firmware in the loader. Click Start and then turn on the receiver. Might have to try this a few times as I had a similar problem.....Hope this helps old bean !!!!!!

Had to try a few times. U have to make sure that the firmware file is in the loader and then start the download....Lets know how you get on ...

I tried several times using different combinations but didn't go through, I got new message using Com 1 "Download header send fail!".

Which cable should I use?

I live in East London. I've done it last night.

System Information is:

Date 03/03/2008
Software Version D_DIGITAL v2.2
Hardware v1.1.1

I need some other information now. When I scan for channels which settings I should use and how many channels I can get.

By pressing 8888 which thing should use "Enable Channel" or "Disable Channel".

And, last thing, where can I find channel frequencies.

I live in the rep og ireland so I do not know the settings for the uk. I would scan on 6887 and 6990. Check the forum for the rates for the UK...
