I have two of these boxes and only one works. there the exact same digivox boxes, when i do the automatic scan it finds all channels but they still dont cum up. only one channel is working. the rest just say scramled or bad channel. The box could be faulty to say the code 1004 doesnt let me into the secret menu.

Did you update with the latest firmware digivox_ter_v3300 or is this
firmware on the box when you bought it.On your other box did you update that one or did you input the codes manually.
wen i got my first box all i had to do was go to the seret menu and use that code 1004 and it searched and it worked. with the second box it simply wont let me into the secret menu.

Press menu, scroll down to system information, press ok and
it will show you what version of firmware you have.If your box
is not properly updated this is more than likely the reason you're
not able to access the the hidden menu with 1004.

Do you think this could be the reason it doesnt work.
thanks
Both these versions are wrong. The version vo3.2.000T works because
this version was installed since it left the factory. But even this
version has been updated because it does not autoroll the codes
if chorus decides to change them. The reason you are still receiving
tv channels is because someone must have input the codes manually.
The version you need is digivox_ter_v3300 which I mentioned in the
reply a couple of posts above this. The best way to install this is
to use a null modem cable providing you have a com port on you pc or
laptop. If you have these and have not updated a box I will try and help you.
