i found out that my box is a copy and it frozen
at the back its says starview sp6104360 can u help me to it make work again plz

What does it say at the top left corner FRONT of box, does is it say Starview, The Box or The Box Super. Still need to know, and it seems like your box as had a Bad Flash, so what did you do exactly.

hi all,
advice needed i'v downloaded software 8 times onto thebox but its still not pickin any of the stations up i'v left it on for about an hour and nothing

again as malci states above need to be telling us what box you have,is your emu on if its a starview,menu 1570 and switch emu on,did you use the correct firmware?and so on...

You need to be a bit more specific, when you say that you have downloaded software onto box 8 times and it is picking up nothing? - Have actually Installed the box, i.e. Scanned on your provider? >>
Connect box to TV with good quality Scart.
Turn on the box, Press menu Accept English and go to Installation,
Select correct provider i.e. NTL, C/W or TW
Then Automatic Scan
Once the channels are found, wait for saving and then exit back to the Main Menu screen.
Then 1570 via keypad.
Go down to the bottom option and turn EMU to ON.
Now exit 3 times and go to S*y Sports and let it update.

sorry i'v done all off that when i say 8 times i mean from the computer i just thought it wasn't taken. its the only box that i'v had problems with and i'v done a good few

Well you only need to flash it the once, if you have waited for the pop up box saying "Download Successful" then it has flashed. What does it say in System information?

hi guys. just looking 4 some help. my sv1 has lost some channels. not working properly, some channels r just black and says no signal itv e entertainment and more. i tried an autoscan but it is only picking up 150 channels or so whereas b4 it picked up over 350. was working fine the other day. took it 2 my m8s 2 watch the football and when i plugged it back in it was not working properly. ive made sure its all connected up propely. any ideas would b appreciated. n/l glasgow cheers
