I made the mistake of downloading WADS and stuff while I had 3.4u, I'm trying to use WiiGator. I also had a GameCube memory card in my Wii the whole time. So now I just recently downgraded. How do I just start fresh? Clear my SD card? Or are the WADs on the actual Wii?

If you don't know how to format a SD card, I don't think you should be doing this. Why would you ever downgrade? 3.4U works perfect. you need to search on the proper guide.
What do you mean I don't know how to format an SD card? Why would I need to, mine is already in Fat-32.
I wasn't asking HOW to clear an SD card, I was asking if it would do anything. I don't know if the WADs are installed on the Wii or if they're independent to the SD card after installing them.

Not sure what the difference is from "clear my SD card" to format then. That makes no sense at all. Format it again or simply delete the files off you don't want. Makes no sense why you are running 3.2. Did you use the wad manager to install the wads? Do you have the wiigator channel? If not, then it's not installed.
Yes, I have the Wiigator channel. My point is that I want to know if deleting everything from my SD card will delete that from my Wii as well, or if the WAD installer installed the actual WAD into my Wii's internal memory.

Only if you are loading it from homebrew. Homebrew basically reads what is on the SD card. So if it's removed from SD card, it will not work. If you have it installed as a channel, you don't even need the SD card in the Wii. WAD manager is on the SD card, unless there is a channel for that which I have not seen.
Okay great, yeah I only have the actual channel for one particular WAD.
But I'm going to take your advice on upgrading back to 3.4u. How should I go about doing this? Just doing a normal, legit, through Nintendo upgrade? All my current homebrew stuff was originally installed on 3.4u so it should all still work I'm guessing.
