I want to buy a psp 3000 but I am unsure whether or not it can be modded.
I read on the sticky thread that it cannot but I have heard that it can be downgraded by the gripshift exploit.( whatever that is )

I am a noob at modding psp so I might need some help with this step :P

I am also wondering if any problems have occurred with the connection between ps3 and psp ( does the ps3 reject a modded psp? )

well you cant downgrade the 3000...
only run some hombrew with the gripshift exploit
