hello people, ive got a arnet kryptview a 700 c. ive loaded the software on the box but only picking a few channels up. its picked up adult chan up also s_y 1 etc. ive also been in the settings etc but no luck, any ideas. can anybody help....

Do a factory reset then after making sure you select either NTL C&W Or Telewest as your provider, you then do a complete new TP and channel scan.

During the channel scan it should show up all the channels it finds. Once complete, go to any s*y sports channel and WAIT ... the box will grab the keys by itself and decrypt the signal
