hi, can anyone help? downloaded the trial dvdfab platinum ripped a dvd to my blackberry storm the problem is it only appears about 2 inches square in the middle of the screen. does anyone know how i can make it fit the whole screen?

Getting an error message on DVD FAB when burning a DVD-RW. The message is as follows:

Access violation at address 04505212 in module VSO_hwe.dill'. Read of address 00000000

Can anyone help me out
