I have a wii and it is ncts and version 3.1 and have it modded with the twilight hack and some of the programs are not working like wii paint and operation and wii 64 and a bunch of others and was wondering if there was any reason y? and can you play pal games on this wii with this mod and where could i get game for my region, torrents

I can answer some of this... I have the TW hack and I can play PAL games just fine on my NTSC wii, you just have to force NTSC since your console is NTSC. Torrents is the best place to find them...
