Ugh, yuck. Another one of these horrible TigerDirect barebones deals, I don't know what people see in them. The case is mediocre, the motherboard is poor, the hard disk isn't very good either.
The rest of your choices are good, except for the heatsink, for which a freezer 7 pro would be much better.
For $50 more than that barebone's post-rebate price (and knowing TD the rebate will probably never arrive anyway) you can get the Q6600, an EP43-DS3L, 4GB of Corsair RAM, an Antec Three Hundred, and a good Western Digital hard drive.

Because it uses an nforce 6 chipset (and on top of that uses an nvidia reference design), which are notoriously unreliable.
