Can a backup be ripped? Not working with Rawdump (Using LG drive)

I'm trying to rip a backup and not having any luck. Using Rawdump 2.0. If I try to rip an original, it says the title of the disk and works fine. If I try it with a backup, instead of a name it gives a weird symbol, and then has an error and won't dump. Is there any way to dump a backup?

Rawdump cant rip backups. Instead use imgburn on read mode. Also, ripping a backup does NOT require an LG drive. Any DVD drive will work for copying a backup.

With a game that's already been backed up you can just do a straight copy or copy to iso using nero right? I think I've done this before, but can't remember for sure.

Never tried it with nero. It only takes about 8 minutes to rip to an ISO with imgburn so I never really looked into alternatives.

I'll have to give it a try. I'm certain it will work but now I'm curious at this point how long it will take. I'll have to see if I can beat your 8 minutes! :)

Very possible that you will. My DVD drive is a cheapo no-name brand one.
