I'm useless at techy stuff and I'm really stuck trying to get my Eurovox TX 23_11_07 to work. When I swtich it on all I get is RTE 1, UKTV Style, EWTN & Info Channel. I have tried to flash it with software from Eamo's library, with the December 08 fix download in eurovox tx mmds folder but my pc can't find the download.
I got the box from a friend & I have the null modem cable etc but I just can't seem to fix it.

So you have got the Dec 08 Fix, well that is only a .BIN file, it is the fix but you will need the Loader to put it on your box okay, so download this to your Desktop it includes the STB 1.0 Loader and Earlier BIN file, at this point it is the Loader you require.
Also download Winrar and Install to PC to open it up, you will find that in Eamo's as well okay, when you have done that, open the LOADER and make sure that Firmware appears at the top left tab and the Download Box is checked (This is Default) - Click On Browser tab and browse to where you have the Dec Fix EuroVox_TX_22122008.bin, double click on the BIN file and it will then appear in the Loader (Browser) box. now click on Execution tab and it should now download to the box, wait wait wait until successful, be patient.
(Above assumes that you have the correct Null MODEM lead and you are connected to the box via the correct COMM port)

Whatever you say, say nothing when you talk about you know what for if you know who might hear you, you know what youll get. Youll be sent off to you know where for you would not know how long. Maybe I could search through the threads so you dont have to ??
