lost my samsung orig.bin files.. pls help :(

hi all.. yeah i screwwed up bad this time (slapping my fore-head)

first i prep didnt want to work correctly so i had to down-grade and use an earlier version..
started the process

i entered Sam0FW instead of SamOFW and read the drive
it read the banks fine .. then said finished!

then gave the error a second later.. Sam0FW not found! in all red
i figured "oh must be something stupid wrong it said it finished! lol"

so i restarted and went ahead on with the flash process..
it flashed alright finsihed fine

so apon restarting .. the drive wouldnt open! i poked it open
put a game in .. the discs dont read.. " i get the error please insert a valid xbox game or something to that nature with different languages underneath"

i havent checked if it plays orig games because i dont have but one disc here and its my back up (my orig is in storage)

i decided to try to read the drive again..
it read the drive but at the end i got the error..
valid key not found

i checked my usb key and the orig.bin file isnt there at all

can anyone help!
i was doing a favor for a friend and hes leaving town tommorrow night!! OH NO! lol

your post is hard to understand..

did you ever have an orig.bin ?? how did you generate the custom firwmare without it ?

can you undelete it from the HD of the computer or the flash drive...

do you have any .bin file it created

hey.. thanks for the reply sorry for the confusion

i assume i did have the orig.bin file
i dont know how it got erased..

i have

samOfw.bin
and samcfw.bin

i tried to undelete every from the drive but for some reason i cant recover the data even with a data recovery program

try to reflash and use the samofw.bin
that should put you back to the start.

if it read the drive correctly shouldnt it have a valid key inside?
i have no idea what happend..

ive dont plenty of mods.. this one just went wacky on me..

worst case scenario.. i dont have the drive key.. then what??
is there anyway to find it?

and i should probably be asking which mod chips will extract the key from mobo

no... there's no way to recover it ... ya i think you need to look into a modchip but i don't know anything about those.

ok so what ive been hearing is the Infectus 2 Modchip
can get the key fromt he mobo??

anybody know anything about this?

someone on here has said that it works, but ive never tested it, but I did a similar mess up on someone elses drive not too long ago, on a lite-on so I'll be getting an infectus pretty soon and can tell you if it actually works.
