i was Wondering Do i need internet to install Homecrew in the Wii???

It depends what you want to do with the homeBrew channel. Most homebrew programs do not require an internet connection. Only a few, such as the firmware downgrader, need to be connected to the net to work.

If you're talking about just installing the Homebrew Channel then no, you don't need internet connection. If you're installing anything else then you very well may need it, it just depends on what you're installing.

so no need internet to do it right ?
