How do I set up the Pelican Wireless network Adapter?

Please oh please oh please give me step by step instructions on how to set it up! When It is setting up, it comes up with an error. I don't know what it is, but when I plug it into my computer to setup, a messege pops up saying "The connected device is argueing a IP address" PLEASE HELP ME!!!
