Installing WAD manager

Hi,
I have installed backup loader via the Twilight Hack(firmware 3.3e)
Version 0.3 gamma and the coder is Wiigator.When i first installed this on to my SD card and then to my wii.I didnt seem to install the WAD manager. I have been searching for days and cant find the answer i need . Which is how do i install the WAD manager to my SD card without causing any problem to my existing folder.(backup loader).
Firstly can this be done as i have read somwhere that with the new firmware you cant install WAD files.
