I am a newbies and i need help.
I don.t know how to mod my PSP.

find someone around you that has a modded psp
you can't do it by yourself.
or just go to the closest china town/mall

First things first:

Not all psp's can be modded.
You need to know what psp you have:

a phat (1000 model)
a slim (2000 model) or
a bright (3000 model)

All phats can be modded.
All brights can NOT be modded
a slim can be modded if it shipped with a firmware <4.00

i check my setting it is version 3.95.

You need a Pandora battery and magic memory stick.

You can either softmod a battery (requires a friend's psp with custom firmware) or you can hardmod a battery. Or you can buy one.

For the MMS you can use Rain's Ultralite MMS Maker.
