Hi

It's not a major problem but I've got most of my channels working, however there are a few like Zee TV or Zee Cinema where cricket often come's on and they seem to work once I update the channels but two days later they say Insert Smart Cards.

The same thing also happens to a couple of other channels. Does anyone know why this happens and what the solution is. I have a Eurovox EX5100 PVR.

On the channels Zee TV or Zee Cinema (or whatever is problematic) press info twice, take a note of the freqs it will show at the top left hand side.

Now go to Menu, Installation, press OK on User Installation, Enter pin 0000, Highlight the Freqs you noted before by pulling down on your remote then press OK so a tick appears at the side then press manual scan which is the "blue button". Leave it to scan usually takes around 10-20 seconds then it will exit back and the channel should work providing it hasn't changed frequency.
