Hi, I have recently acquired a PSP (fat) which appears to have a custom version of firmware, reading 3.03. Trying to run some games off the memory stick, gives error 80020148.
Not wanting to sound too 'thick' but can someone point me to a guide to upgrade the effing thing or assist with the error 80020146 (game could not be started)....
I'm quite technically minded but obviously not with PSP's, just PC's, cisco switches and Nokia Firewalls ... LOL .
I'm sure its easy for someone out there to advise ...

HI, your guide seems easy enough to follow but i cant understand where I would start ? My firmware states 3.03 .I cant see a section stating from 3.03 to xxxxx ... so which section applies to my situation ? THanks

ok for your 3.03oe-c follow the guide se/oe/le firmware don't forget to Download the files and your psp with 3.71 you need a pandora battery
