Have you been discussing this with someone in another thread? If so, please stick to that thread, as it is hard to follow if you create new threads about it.

If not, what kind of starview have you, where are you based, who is your provider, have you updated your firmware recently etc?

hi, have you already got the latest firmware on your box, you might need to do a downscan on some of the channels. if you come across some channels that have got no sound do a downscan on those channels. Also try a downscan on some of the bics channels i found alot on there. to do a downscan go on the channel you want to do a manual scan on e.g bics click menu then click installation choose cable network provider e.g nthell then scroll down to manual scan then press ok button on down frequency. this should find you some channles. also delete any channels that isnt working. Hope this helps.

Answer Eva before you try above method might get an easier way not Knocking the newbie but trust followed eva's and the addicts info before and it works.
