i have a eurovox blue box which after the last update has stopped working ie no picture at all on the tv but when taken off standby on the display is shown 2313. can anyone help me please

i tried doin that but the picture is not clear ven though i did get into the menu but it wont let me select any of the sub menus

In TV settings set TV mode to Multi or try one of the other settings to see if it corrects it also try another scart lead.

i have set the tv mode to multi changed the scart even connected another tv but the fuzzy lines are still there.

i might have not made my query as clear as i could so just to put things right it is not the picture i am having problems with, it is when i access any of the menus or tv channel guide or any thing like that the writing is all fuzzy and unreadable. can anyone help? i have changed settings, scart and even the tv.

Have you recently flashed your box and if yes what did you flash it with?, have you checked whether its a clone or not as I presume it is.
