i got a new psp backplate and frontplate

so i followed a video on youtube explaining how to change the back plate

everything went well

then i put it on the new case put everything back then put the new faceplate on and screws and iam done.........the sad part and the problem

my x button doesnt work but the rest does

the minus volume doesnt work

but everthing else is fine

does anybody no what might have happened

please respond back soon thanks>>>>!!
