I recently helped someone here change their PAL .psv (PS3 virtual memory card) gamesave to an NTSC gamesave that I put onto my PS1 memory card.

I want to write a guide to let folks know how they can go about converting from one gamesave to another (and from one region to another) using nothing but their PS3 and memory card adapter... with a memory card in it, obviously.

The initial thing is, though, that a lot of these programs don't exactly have any permanent hosting sites, so I was wondering where I could get some free hosting for these programs. I would just upload them to Megaupload or Rapidshare or one of those places, but those are hardly permanent.

Would any of you know of any places where I could do such a thing? I could also use my allotted space on my university server, but... well, I dunno if that's exactly legal 'n stuff or not.

But yeah. Any suggestions on the matter? I appreciate it, all.
