hi all sorry if this posted before but does any have the freq for itv 3 in the north east uk thanks also where do i find freq for future ref

Have you tried a manual scan on ITV3? there are no specific places to get the frequencies, you need to either use a recent CDF for your area OR get them off someone in your area.
