My pal has this box and has problem with his sound, he tells me he has to have it on for a while before the sounds comes on, if he changes channel again he has to wait for sound, and when it does it flickers off then on again, anyone know of a fix? I have told him to press RED button on remote then switch the Audio, but he has done this and no joy, any suggestions??

hi I have had the Eurovox Max V since last year, however I cant get all of the channels that my friend can get on his one, such as UKTV Food and the Horror channel, any ideas on how I can get these? Also I have lost all my Plus channels such as Gold+ and Living+ any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try a factory Default then a deep scan without any splitters in-line.
