Problem with WinRAR/ISO files/missing XBE files

I just downloaded Oblivion to burn, and I'm having problems. When I open up the RAR this is what comes up:




For some reason, files .00-.29 are fine, but once it gets to .30 it's like a whole different file from the previous 30. I went to properties and changed files .30-.67 to open with WinRAR (before they were Windows Shell Extensions). I extracted files to a new folder, and although the file is an ISO, it has a WinRAR icon and when I double click it looks like a movie file, containing an Audio_TS folder (empty) and a Video_TS folder (where all the files are). I then opened up XDVDMulleter and checked the ISO, at which point it told me no .XBE file exists. I also downloaded Dead Rising, same problems. Anyone have an explanation?
