Hi, I bought a super Box and its been working perfectly up to the last few days. It's not showing any chanels, Have tried a factory reset, turning on emu as listed throughout threads and 0 programs found. I am living in Dublin 11... any help much appreciated!!:)

If its saying "scrambled or bad channel" Press menu > 1570, go to Set Default Key > press ok & exit to s*y two & let it update.

hi noelyf
A friend of mine gave me a super box to take a look at as the box keeps knocking and the number appears in the screeen.All connections are connected properly the uk fix is on the box.Any ideas?

have you got the latest firmware on the box,it shud be 8.04,check what it says in system information

put the latest sofware on and its still the same .When i turn it on the box super comes on the screen then it goes red & green and freezes,

Thanks Noely, Thanks didn't work unfortunately!! Every time I try to erxit it only brings me back as far as languauge and won't allow me to access chanels. Any thoughts??

Try this niall,
English > installation
choose provider (n*l)
Autoscan > press ok
Channels found
Exit back to viewing.
If you`re still stuck in language, flash it with the 8.04 which you`ll find in the B0x Super folder in eamos under my sig.
All the flashing info is in the Starview link under my sig also.

You`ll need a NULL MODEM CABLE - DB9F to DB9F.

Many Thanks, Found the firmware, but need a male to female connector; much appreciated, (can't beleive you're doing this on Saturday) I never go this level of service when I was an NTL customer!!:).
