I just recently dled a PAL version of Force Unleashed without knowing about region codings like NTSC and such. I turned on PAL 60 in wiigator which got the game to run without the screen shaking. However, everything is in black and white. Does anyone know a solution to this before i have to redownload a NTSC version?

You have your settings wrong. You want to force the output to NTSC in the wiigator settings, not PAL.
