Need help making a backup from a backup wii game

Hello i have a backup already made and i tried to make a copy of it using imgburn and i guess i don't know what i am doing wrong. i have tried to just copy from disk to disk and that dosen't work than i use the create file from disk feature which saves the file to my computer than i go back and click on the write files/folder to disk button and it burns it and verify's it and says it was a success. some games it will play on the wii for about 1 minute than it freezes or says it cannot read the disk. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

oh yea i am buring them at 4x and i have tried 2.4x the only thing i haven't tried is reading them at a slower speed. also i use a hp dvd-r and i have a hp dvd burner 1040 that i read with and a memorex dvd burner that i right with.

use Img burn 2.4 and read them at 2x do not go over 2x.
then save the iso file to your hard drive make sure you have 4.37 gigs free.
make sure the iso is 4.37 gigs
after its done copying right click the iso and open with imgburn 2.4.
burn it at 2x do not go over 2x
use verbatim -r dvds only.

i am using imgburn software 2.4.2.0 it says which i am assuming its 2.4...also when i read it do i click create image from disk?

well i tried to use a memorex dvd-r this time because i had one laying around and i read them at 2x to my computer then burned them at 2x to the disk and it still didn't work. I will try to use the verbatim dvd-r and will let you know if it works. is there anyway someone could but a block on the mod chip so it only reads his disk. Its kind of a dumb question but i figured that i would ask.

Nope, theres no way someone could do what you're talking about. More likely you just got a bad burn, that's pretty common, especially when using memorex disks.

I just copied 4 of my backups with Nero burning rom 9, and had no problems just copied disc to disc @ 4x
