How many codes have you tried?

Try a diferent SIM MAYBE IT´S UNLOCKED?

Service provider is Tesco. I've tried another sim and it tells me "phone restricted".

I'd previously tried two unlock codes from an online generator. The one you've given me makes 3.

?Can Not Undo Restriction? or ?Not allowed? means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes.

Get your phone unlocked at a local market or small independent mobile shop, they will use expensive hardware to unlock, for a small fee round about £10
